Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager – Carriers is responsible for onboarding, activating, and retaining transporters and fleet owners, ensuring adequate supply, competitive bidding, and sustained carrier engagement on the Trucksload Digital Freight Matching Platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard individual truck owners, fleet operators, and transport companies
• Facilitate registration, verification coordination, and first bidding activity
• Ensure carriers understand platform rules, pricing logic, and expectations
• Build strong relationships with active carriers and fleet owners
• Drive repeat participation and increase loads per active carrier
• Monitor carrier performance from a commercial engagement perspective
• Address non-operational issues affecting carrier participation
• Ensure adequate carrier coverage to meet shipper demand
• Support balanced supply-demand conditions on the platform
• Collect feedback from carriers to improve adoption and usage
• Track carrier onboarding, activation, and retention KPIs
• Contribute to platform liquidity and match-rate targets
• Maintain accurate carrier records and reports

• Bachelors’  Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Transport Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or carrier management      
• Strong understanding of trucking and freight markets
• Experience working with owner-operators and fleet managers is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and field engagement skills
• Market awareness of transport pricing and behavior
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence adoption without operational authority
