Purpose of the Job : 

To coordinate Trade Marketing activities among different departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and others.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Control Trade Assets.

• Manage company Free Goods.

• Process payment request from Suppliers.

• Schedule payment and monitor payment status with Finance as per the schedule.

• Manage events that were not planned by Trade Marketing Managers.

• Manage promotional items with Storekeepers.

• Follow up maintenance of Trade Assets with service provider agency.

• Follow up purchase status of all promotional items.

• Monitor maintenance and active status of Trade Assets with Sales team.

• Support Marketing team in processing payments and company Free Goods issue.

• Prepare and send weekly report on payment status, Free Goods issues status and maintenance report.

• Follow up delivery and return of goods from / to the stores as per requests.

• Manage events requested by Corporate Affairs and Managing Director.

• Ensure the ISO standard implementation in the company.  

• Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• The job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job.

• Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.

• Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.

• Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education: 

• MA/ BA Degree in Management or Marketing or Business Administration or related fields.

Experience:

• 4 years of work  experience for MA Degree or  6 Years of  Work  Experience   for BA degree  in Trade Marketing, Developing and Executing Marketing Programs aimed at increasing Brand Visibility and Sales within Retail Channels, Collaborating with Distributors and Retailers to Drive product Placement and Promotions or in related activities.
