Role Summary:
An Experiential Marketing Coordinator plans, executes, and manages immersive brand activations and events to boost engagement and brand loyalty. They coordinate logistics, collaborate with vendors, manage on-trade activations, and analyze event performance metrics. Key skills include project management, communication, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Develop and drive project plans for experiential events, activations, and trade shows from conception to completion.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage onsite setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors for resources, logistics, and pricing.
- Brand Activation: Execute brand experiences that increase engagement and create/manage promotional materials.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track event attendance, analyze performance metrics (ROI, engagement), and generate post-event reports.
- Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams, sales, procurement and external partners to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, specifically within events or experiential roles.
- Organization: Strong project management and time-management skills to handle multiple events.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for coordinating with partners and vendors.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with social media, marketing databases, and data analysis tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site event execution.
