Role Summary:

An Experiential Marketing Coordinator plans, executes, and manages immersive brand activations and events to boost engagement and brand loyalty. They coordinate logistics, collaborate with vendors, manage on-trade activations, and analyze event performance metrics. Key skills include project management, communication, and event planning. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Develop and drive project plans for experiential events, activations, and trade shows from conception to completion.
  • Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage onsite setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors for resources, logistics, and pricing.
  • Brand Activation: Execute brand experiences that increase engagement and create/manage promotional materials.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track event attendance, analyze performance metrics (ROI, engagement), and generate post-event reports.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams, sales, procurement and external partners to ensure alignment with marketing goals. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, specifically within events or experiential roles.
  • Organization: Strong project management and time-management skills to handle multiple events.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for coordinating with partners and vendors.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with social media, marketing databases, and data analysis tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site event execution.
