Role Purpose Summary
To ensure optimal market visibility and asset utilization by strategically deploying, managing, and maintaining branded assets across high-potential outlets, while partnering with Sales and Trade Marketing to consistently deliver Habesha’s market execution standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Deployment: Managing the distribution and placement of branded assets (POS material and coolers) to high-potential outlets.
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversight of the procurement, warehousing, and tracking of POSM to prevent stockouts and ensure regional availability.
- Asset Maintenance: Implementing systems to track the condition and functionality of assets in the field, protecting the company’s capital investment.
- Market Excellence: Partnering with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure that Habesha’s "Golden Rules" for visibility are met at every touchpoint.
Role Requirements
- BA Degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of experience in asset management, trade marketing, or sales operations
- Strong knowledge of POSM deployment and field asset management
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, and logistics coordination
- Ability to track, maintain, and safeguard company assets
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Trade Marketing
- Data-driven mindset with solid reporting and tracking skills
- Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities
