I. Core Job Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in the factory, building systems tailored to manufacturing operations.
Develop HR plans aligned with production schedules; manage recruitment, staff allocation, and labor cost efficiency.
Establish and implement employee training programs, including safety, technical skills, and management development.
Design fair salary and performance schemes; manage attendance, payroll, and incentive systems.
Handle employee relations: contracts, social insurance, housing fund, industrial injury cases, and labor disputes.
Build a talent pipeline by selecting, training, and assessing team leaders and workshop supervisors.
Implement and supervise personnel systems (attendance, leave, rewards & punishments); optimize HR processes.
Collect and analyze HR data (turnover, efficiency, training completion, etc.) to support management decisions.
Collaborate with safety management, integrate safety awareness into training, and follow up on industrial accidents.
Coordinate with corporate HR to implement group policies and ensure alignment across departments.
II. Management Responsibilities
Lead and develop the factory’s HR team, ensuring professionalism and execution capacity.
Coordinate HR collaboration with production, administration, and finance departments.
Supervise HR-related expenses, ensuring efficient use of recruitment, training, and payroll budgets.
III. Compliance & Risk Control
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and employment policies.
Establish and maintain a standardized personnel file management system.
IV. Other Responsibilities
Carry out HR-related tasks assigned by factory management and corporate headquarters.
Continuously optimize HR systems to adapt to production scale and business development needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Management, Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of HR experience.
Prior experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\
