STEMpower invites qualified consultancy firms or individual consultants to submit proposals for Module Customization Services under the “We Can Work” Project. The selected consultant will be responsible for adapting training modules to local contexts, ensuring accessibility, and supporting the development of inclusive and high-quality learning materials.

• Customize and localize existing training modules into the Afaan Oromo language based on project requirements.

• Ensure training materials are accessible and inclusive for persons with disabilities.

• Align content with local context, language, and learning needs.

• Review, edit, and format training materials for effective delivery.

• Collaborate with the project team to incorporate feedback and improvements.

• Proven experience in training content development, module customization, or instructional design.

• Strong technical capacity in educational material adaptation and documentation.

• Fluency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of Amharic is required; English is an added advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in inclusive education or disability focused projects is highly preferred.

• Ability to deliver quality outputs within agreed timelines.
