Qualification/Skills 

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is the minimum requirement. A Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications like ACCA are highly preferred.

Work Experience 

• More than 10 years of progressive experience  in accounting or financial roles     
• Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a finance manager (leading or supervising a team) is required Accounting Principles: Strong, in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft, Peachtree accounting and experience with ERP systems.
• Financial Analysis: Ability to create budgets, forecast revenue, manage cash flow, and perform audits.
