Position requirements 

Job Summary

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining the hospital’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all technology systems within the hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience as an IT Technician or in a related technical support role in hospital or health industry environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and IT support tools is a plus.
