Job purpose

A Sales Representative is responsible for using his/her knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Role and Responsibility

• Be knowledgeable about the Cerealia products

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

• Travel to assign Routes to introduce/maintain product supply to target consumers and existing client.

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they meet their needs and solve customer problems

• Answer questions about the products

• Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

• Meet personal targets of daily sales.

• The sales shod handle the company’s equipment and machineries responsibly with maximum care.

• The representative should issue receipt for each and all customers and transactions.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field of study or Diploma in similar fields of study
• A minimum of 2/4 years’ experience with FMCG Company in Door-to-door sales.

• Proven sales experience.

• Track record of over-achieving quota.

• Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM.

• Familiarity with different sales techniques.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and driven
