Position: Senior Contract Administrator

Facade Tech Solution PLC is a leading company engaged in façade engineering, aluminum and glazing works, and specialized Architectural and Structural Aluminum and Metal Façade Works. We invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following vacant position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, administer, and manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, and amendments in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Monitor contract compliance, progress, and performance to ensure adherence to contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
- Track, control, and manage project costs, including monitoring budgets, committed costs, variations, and final accounts to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Review and verify interim payment applications, variation valuations, and final accounts in coordination with project and finance teams.
- Analyze cost reports, identify cost overruns or savings, and advise management on corrective actions and cost-control measures.
- Manage contractual correspondence, notices, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute-related documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual and cost-related matters.
- Support tendering processes, including cost review, contract negotiation, and commercial evaluation.
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and record keeping of all contract and cost-related records until project close-out.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years relevant work experience, preferably in façade, aluminum, glazing, or building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims management, and contract administration procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract documentation systems.
