Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales
strategies aligned withthe company’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the marketing and sales teams, setting clear objectives,
performance metrics, and driving overall team performance to meet sales targets and business growth.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs,competitor analysis, andemerging opportunities in the construction chemicals sector.
- Monitor marketdynamics and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies and ensure the company’s competitive advantage.
Branding & Positioning:
Oversee thedevelopment of thecompany’s brandidentity, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and the company's mission.
Ensure effective product positioning in the market to differentiate the company’s offerings and enhance customer perceptions of quality and value.
Sales Management:
Develop and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, sales forecasting, and ensuring timely conversions to drive revenue.
- Oversee the sales team, including recruitment, training, and
- performance management, to ensure alignment with company sales targets.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team to closedeals and buildlong-term customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the management of the company’s CRM systemsto track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Campaign &Promotion Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drivebrand awareness, leadgeneration, and product adoption.
- Manage product launches, advertising campaigns, and trade show participation to build visibility in target markets.
Sales and Marketing Budget Management:
- Develop andmanage the marketing and sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across activities and ensuring that campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective.
- Monitor ROIon marketing investments and sales activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaboration with Product Development & R&D:
- Work closely with the Product Development and R&Dteams to
- ensure that customer feedback and market needs are incorporated into new product developments.
- Ensure seamless communication between the marketing/sales teams and the product teams to align promotional activities with product features and launches.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, marketing campaign results, market trends, andforecasts to seniormanagement.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust tactics to optimize outcomes.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure that all marketing materials and sales activities comply with industry regulations and standards, including those specific to the construction chemicals sector.
- Oversee product claims and ensure accurate communication regarding product specifications and benefits to avoid legalor reputational risks.

Degree:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Industrial engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- A Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration is highlypreferred for thisrole, especially for strategic and leadership responsibilities.
Additional qualification

Experience in Leadership and Team Management:

Experience in Product Launches and Market Penetration:
- Proven experience managing the launchof new products and expanding market share for existing products.
