A. Performance Evaluation & Monitoring
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational performance evaluation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate corporate, departmental, and project performance against strategic plans, annual plans, and KPIs.
- Ensure performance evaluations are objective, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
B. Planning Alignment & Results Measurement
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational plans, and performance indicators.
- Review performance targets and indicators to ensure they are SMART and measurable.
- Support departments in translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs.
C. Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare consolidated performance evaluation reports for senior management, executive committees, and the Board.
- Present performance findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to decision-makers.
- Provide early warning signals on underperformance and implementation gaps.
D. Systems, Tools & Standards
- Develop and maintain performance management tools, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Establish and enforce performance evaluation standards, guidelines, and reporting templates.
- Ensure consistency and data quality across all performance reports.
E. Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Analyze performance data to identify lessons learned, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions and performance improvement plans for underperforming units or projects.
- Promote a performance-oriented culture within the organization.
F. Capacity Building & Coordination
- Provide technical support and coaching to departments on performance measurement and evaluation.
- Coordinate performance evaluation activities with planning, M&E, finance, and audit teams.
- Support internal and external performance audits and evaluations when required.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance Strategic Management, Project Management, or related fields. (Bachelor’s Degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered)
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in performance management, monitoring & evaluation, strategic planning, or corporate performance evaluation.
- Proven experience in developing KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Experience working with senior management and boards is an advantage.
