Position: Senior Lawyer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) from a recognized university
• Specialization in Commercial Law or Business Law is highly preferred

Work Experience & Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal practice
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Proven experience in company incorporation, corporate governance, and compliance matters
• Experience working in manufacturing, trading, or corporate organizations is highly preferred
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills
