About the Position
Dashen Bank S.C. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented professional to join its Retail and MSME Banking team as a Branch Business Relationship Manager - RMSME. The successful candidate will lead branch business development initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, expand the Bank’s retail and MSME portfolio, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, increasing deposits and loans, and promoting the Bank's products and services while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage Retail and MSME business development activities.
- Identify and acquire new retail and MSME customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Grow branch deposits, financing, and loan portfolios.
- Promote and cross-sell Dashen Bank's financial products and services.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
- Monitor portfolio performance and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with branch teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or another related business field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
- Strong knowledge of Retail and MSME banking operations.
- Experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management, and credit management.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities.
