We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Assistant to support our daily digital operations and help the team manage tasks, clients, websites, and online projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and digital tasks.
• Manage and organize assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Assist with WordPress website updates and content publishing.
• Upload and format website content when required.
• Conduct basic online research and collect information.
• Assist with social media and digital marketing activities.
• Communicate with clients and team members through email and messaging platforms.
• Maintain project files, documents, and task records.
• Monitor assigned websites and report issues to the technical team.
• Assist with basic SEO and content-related tasks.
• Prepare simple reports and updates on completed tasks.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the team with other digital and administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good computer and internet skills.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online productivity tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• WordPress
• Canva
• SEO
• Social media management
• Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Basic digital marketing
• Content writing
• Customer support
• Website administration

Qualifications

A university degree is not mandatory.

Candidates with a diploma, degree, relevant training, freelance experience, internship experience, or strong practical digital skills are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates and motivated candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation

12,000 ETB per month + Performance Bonuses

Additional bonuses may be provided based on performance, productivity, project completion, and contribution to the company's goals.
