Job Description
The Product Development Specialist I – Retail & MSME is responsible for identifying, developing, pricing, and launching new banking products and services in line with the Bank's approved principles, processes, standards, and procedures.
The role also involves assessing the technical and commercial feasibility of proposed products, evaluating their potential benefits, and ensuring that new services respond to customer needs while supporting the Bank's growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing Management
- Management
- A related field
Work Experience
- A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience is required.
