Job Summary
Zemen Bank is seeking a qualified Section Head, In House Security to coordinate and supervise the Bank's in-house security operations. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of the Bank's headquarters, branches, employees, customers, and assets by overseeing security personnel, firearms management, surveillance systems, and compliance with security procedures.
The role requires strong leadership, security management expertise, and close coordination with government security agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities of the in-house security division.
- Supervise implementation of security shift schedules.
- Assign security personnel for head office, branches, escort, and field duties.
- Monitor daily security reports and evaluate staff performance.
- Coordinate with government security authorities regarding firearms licensing and approvals.
- Ensure firearms and security equipment are properly recorded, tagged, assigned, and maintained.
- Supervise outsourced security service providers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare periodic firearms and security reports for government authorities.
- Monitor CCTV (IP Camera) systems and other security equipment.
- Analyze surveillance data and prepare security reports.
- Ensure proper use of parking facilities at headquarters and branches.
- Supervise shift supervisors to maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.

Education
