About the Job

Nolawi Tour & Travel is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Tour Operator. The successful candidate will assist clients with travel arrangements, tour planning, destination information, and the smooth coordination of tourism services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable destinations, itineraries, and travel services.
• Provide accurate information about Ethiopian tourist destinations and travel requirements.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, guides, and other tour-related services.
• Communicate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other service partners.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel advice.
• Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and related travel documents.
• Follow up on bookings and ensure services are delivered as planned.
• Resolve customer issues and make appropriate arrangements when changes occur.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, clients, and tour activities.
• Support the company's marketing and business development activities when required.
• Perform other tour and travel-related duties assigned by management.

About You

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Ethiopian tourist destinations is required.

Experience

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 5 years or more of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
