The role focuses on supporting pharmacies through system training, onboarding assistance, and basic technical support to ensure smooth use of Medrafa services.
Key Responsibilities
Train pharmacy staff on how to use Medrafa systems and platforms
Support pharmacy onboarding and account setup processes
Provide basic troubleshooting and user support
Assist pharmacies within assigned regions and maintain good communication
