About the Role

HEINEKEN Ethiopia is looking for a qualified Human Resource Officer to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR reporting activities. The role also focuses on improving employee experience, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Screen CVs and coordinate interviews, tests, and assessments
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities
• Assist in improving recruitment systems and HR processes

Onboarding & Employee Support

• Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees
• Ensure all onboarding documentation and workspace arrangements are completed
• Follow up with new hires during probation periods
• Collect onboarding feedback and recommend improvements

HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare HR reports on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and diversity metrics
• Analyze HR data and generate insights using HR systems
• Maintain HR dashboards and compliance reports
• Support ad-hoc HR reporting requests

Qualifications

Education

• BA Degree in:
  • Management
  • Business Management
  • Public Administration
  • Or related business fields

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administration roles
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding is preferred
