About the Job

EPOSEA is seeking a qualified IT Officer to strengthen its digital transformation initiatives and ICT service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's ICT infrastructure, supporting employees with technical issues, managing digital platforms and systems, and helping ensure secure and reliable technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain EPOSEA's website and web applications.
• Maintain computer hardware, software, and office network infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, official emails, and user accounts.
• Provide technical support to staff.
• Maintain regular backups and protect organizational data.
• Manage servers, cloud services, and network devices.
• Support virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid conferences.
• Develop and maintain member databases and digital information systems.
• Support conference registration platforms and online payment systems.
• Coordinate ICT requirements for international conferences and events.
• Support digital communication through the website and social media platforms.
• Troubleshoot ICT problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance with ICT policies.
• Prepare periodic ICT reports.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Education

Candidates should have a BSc Degree in one of the following:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Related fields

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience administering websites, preferably WordPress.
• Experience managing organizational networks.
• Database administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• ICT support experience in an NGO, association, development organization, or private company is an advantage.
