Job Summary

The Manager, District Operation will oversee and supervise the activities of branches operating under the assigned district. The successful candidate will ensure proper implementation of bank policies and procedures while monitoring branch performance against operational and financial targets.

• At least 4 years in managerial positions
• IFB Certification is mandatory
• Strong banking operations and leadership experience
