Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum:
  • 10 years of experience for Master’s Degree holders
  • 12 years of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders
• At least 4 years in managerial positions related to branch operations
• IFB Certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of banking operations and leadership
• Experience in financial strategy and branch management
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
