Job Summary

The Sr Credit Portfolio Recovery Officer is responsible for managing and recovering non-performing loans (NPLs) and distressed credit accounts. The successful candidate will support debt recovery processes, monitor portfolio quality, coordinate legal recovery actions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal credit procedures.

The role also involves supervising recovery activities and supporting asset quality management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and recover non-performing loans and distressed accounts
• Support restructuring and settlement of problematic credit facilities
• Coordinate legal recovery processes when necessary
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and recovery performance
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Support minimization of financial losses and credit risks

Required Qualifications
