About the Job

Kality Foods S.C is looking for a qualified and motivated Assistant Fleet Officer to support the efficient management of the company's vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating vehicle maintenance, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising drivers, and supporting daily fleet operations to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency vehicle repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs using fleet management systems.
• Ensure company vehicles comply with local transport regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor driver records, logbooks, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in investigating vehicle accidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tires, lubricants, and workshop supplies.
• Support vehicle allocation, dispatch operations, and daily driver scheduling.
• Coordinate with external mechanics, service providers, and fuel suppliers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare operational reports.
• Help minimize vehicle downtime and improve fleet efficiency.

Qualifications

• Level III or above in Auto Mechanics or Automotive Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
