Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) will support front-office banking operations and assist customers with different banking services at branch level. The selected candidates will handle customer account maintenance, payment processing, cash and non-cash transactions, and respond to customer requests and enquiries professionally.

Successful applicants will undergo six months of intensive training before permanent placement within the bank.
