Job Summary

The Senior Succession & Leadership Development Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing succession planning and career development programs within the bank. The selected candidate will help identify critical organizational positions, evaluate competency requirements, and support leadership development initiatives.

The role also involves identifying high-potential employees and ensuring transparent and effective succession management processes aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
