Job Summary
The Gender Inclusion Lead – Regional will provide strategic leadership to ensure gender equality, youth engagement, and social inclusion are integrated across all program activities.
The successful candidate will support the design and implementation of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) strategies while promoting equitable participation and inclusive economic opportunities for women, youth, and marginalized communities.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of GESI strategies
- Ensure inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups in program activities
- Conduct gender and social inclusion assessments
- Integrate gender equality principles into project design and implementation
- Provide gender and inclusion training for teams and partners
- Support monitoring of inclusion indicators with MERL teams
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and focus group discussions
- Strengthen partner capacity on gender mainstreaming practices
- Promote inclusive and equitable program outcomes
Required Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in:
- Gender Studies
- Development Studies
- Sociology
- Or related fields
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in gender equality and social inclusion programming
- Experience designing and implementing GESI strategies
- Expertise in:
