Job Summary

Dodai Manufacturing PLC is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Field Marketing Representatives to promote its electric mobility solutions and generate qualified customer leads. The role focuses on engaging potential customers in the field, scheduling showroom visits, supporting sales activities, and representing the Dodai brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Identify and approach potential customers in high-traffic commercial areas across Addis Ababa.
• Engage motorcycle riders, delivery businesses, and commuters to introduce Dodai's electric motorcycles.
• Qualify prospects using the company's customer assessment framework.
• Schedule qualified customers for showroom visits and product demonstrations.
• Generate high-quality sales leads to support business growth.

Sales & Marketing Operations

• Attend daily team briefings and performance review meetings.
• Capture customer information accurately using digital lead collection tools.
• Maintain daily targets for qualified leads and showroom appointments.
• Ensure accurate reporting of field activities and customer interactions.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with showroom sales representatives to ensure smooth lead handovers.
• Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information with the marketing team.
• Support promotional campaigns and customer awareness activities.

Brand Representation

• Represent Dodai professionally during all customer interactions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience will be considered.

Experience

• 0–6 months of experience in field sales, direct marketing, customer service, promotions, or related roles is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
