ENITCO is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Injection Pump Technician to join its technical team in Addis Ababa.
Job Summary
The Junior Injection Pump Technician will assist in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, calibrating, overhauling, and repairing diesel fuel systems and injection pumps for various vehicles and machinery. The position requires technical competence, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services while following company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults in diesel fuel systems and injection pump components.

Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on diesel engines and fuel systems.

Assist in calibrating and testing injection pumps for optimal performance.

Overhaul and repair fuel injection equipment according to manufacturer standards.

Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify technical problems.

Maintain workshop tools and equipment properly.
-
Follow safety procedures and quality control standards at all times.

Prepare maintenance records and technical reports when required.

Support senior technicians in completing complex repair assignments.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally.
Qualification Requirements
Education
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:

Level IV Diploma (10+3) in Auto Electricity with relevant technical training from a recognized TVET institution or college.
OR

Level III Certificate (10+2) in Auto Electricity with relevant technical training from a recognized TVET institution or college.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in diesel fuel systems, automotive maintenance, or injection pump servicing.
Required Skills

Knowledge of diesel engine fuel systems and injection pumps.

Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
