Job Summary

The Payroll Financial Posting Officer is responsible for supporting accurate payroll processing and ensuring payroll transactions are properly posted into the bank's financial system. The position also manages payroll reconciliation, verifies statutory and other deductions, updates payroll information, and maintains pension contribution records while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely posting to the financial system.
• Perform payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify statutory deductions, pension contributions, and other payroll-related deductions.
• Update payroll information and employee payroll records.
• Maintain accurate pension contribution records.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies, HR regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze payroll-related employee data and prepare reports.
• Support payroll audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or another related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of direct experience working with SAP HCM Payroll.
