Job Summary
The Senior Project Associate (Engineering) – Affiliated Contractor supports the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of engineering and infrastructure projects under IOM programs.
The position assists in ensuring construction activities meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements while coordinating with contractors, government partners, consultants, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and infrastructure project implementation
- Coordinate construction and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor contractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring
