Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen brand equity, increase consumer preference, and drive sustainable sales growth. The role involves managing brand campaigns, consumer engagement activities, sponsorships, innovation initiatives, and marketing performance monitoring.
The successful candidate will work closely with trade marketing, sales, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure world-class execution of brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Management

Execute brand initiatives in line with approved brand positioning and strategy.

Ensure all marketing activities support overall brand objectives.

Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.

Contribute to the development and refinement of brand strategies.

Maintain consistency across all brand communication and activities.
Brand Planning and Activation

Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans.

Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks affecting brand performance.

Ensure marketing activities address consumer needs and purchasing behavior.

Collaborate with trade marketing teams to execute effective marketing campaigns.

Optimize marketing investments to maximize brand growth and return on investment.
Channel Activation and Consumer Engagement

Support the development of channel-specific activation plans.

Coordinate promotional campaigns that increase consumer demand and sales.

Work with regional sales teams to improve market penetration.

Ensure proper deployment of brand assets across relevant channels.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Sponsorship and Event Management

Manage sponsorship programs and partnerships.

Ensure sponsorship investments generate maximum business impact.

Coordinate event execution and experiential marketing activities.

Monitor sponsorship performance and measure return on investment.
Brand Performance and Profitability

Track and evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives on sales performance.

Monitor consumer perception and brand health indicators.

Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure cost effectiveness.

Support profitability objectives through strategic brand investments.
Administrative Responsibilities
