As part of its educational support initiative, PATH provides tutorial services to improve children's academic performance, strengthen foundational learning skills, and help students remain engaged in school.
PATH is inviting qualified educational institutions, tutoring centers, consultancies, and organizations to submit proposals for the delivery of tutorial services under its After-School and Weekend Tutorial Program.
Purpose of the Assignment
The objective of this assignment is to provide structured, high-quality, and child-friendly tutorial support for vulnerable children enrolled in PATH's education program. The selected service provider will organize tutorial classes, assign qualified tutors, monitor student progress, and submit regular reports to PATH.
Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be responsible for:

Recruiting and assigning qualified tutors.

Organizing tutorial classes after school, on weekends, and during school breaks.

Delivering academic support in key subjects based on students' learning needs.

Developing lesson plans and tutorial schedules in coordination with PATH.

Monitoring student attendance and participation.

Tracking learning progress and academic improvement.

Preparing regular student progress reports.
-
Preparing tutor performance and activity reports.

Conducting periodic meetings with tutors to review performance and challenges.

Supporting tutors with lesson planning and classroom management.

Ensuring all tutorial sessions are safe, inclusive, respectful, and child-friendly.

Reporting attendance issues, learning concerns, and safeguarding incidents to PATH.

Maintaining proper records and documentation of tutorial activities.
Expected Deliverables
The successful service provider will submit:

Target Beneficiaries
The program will support vulnerable children enrolled in PATH Ministries International programs. The exact number of students, tutorial locations, grade levels, and schedules will be finalized before contract signing.
Priority will be given to children requiring additional academic support to improve learning outcomes and reduce school dropout risks.
Required Qualifications
