Job Summary

Hijra Bank is looking for a qualified and customer-focused Customer Service Officer II to provide excellent banking services and support customers with their banking needs. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, resolve customer concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with banking procedures and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.

  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable banking products and services.

Problem Resolution

  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.

  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Banking Operations

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and banking regulations.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

  • Promote the bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking operations experience.

  • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an added advantage.
