Job Summary

Dashen Bank is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Branch Business Relationship Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling banking products and services.

The role focuses on Retail Banking, MSME Banking, and Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services while ensuring excellent customer experience and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and attract new clients to the bank.

• Promote and sell banking products and services, including Retail, MSME, and IFB products.

• Achieve branch business growth targets and customer acquisition goals.

• Cross-sell banking products to maximize customer value.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Support branch initiatives aimed at increasing deposits and business volume.

• Utilize banking systems and digital platforms to improve customer service delivery.

• Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.

• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, or a related field.

Additional Training

• Training or certifications in banking operations, domestic banking, international banking, credit operations, or Interest-Free Banking (IFB) are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in banking, customer relationship management, sales, or customer service roles.
