About the Job

Hijra Bank S.C. is seeking qualified and customer-focused professionals for the position of Branch Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring sustainable and profitable branch growth by delivering excellent customer service, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing resource utilization.

The Branch Manager will lead branch operations, drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service delivery plans to improve customer experience and service excellence.
• Ensure proper compilation and submission of loan and foreign currency requests for approval.
• Coordinate with customer relationship management teams and other branches to create sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor branch customer service standards and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Work with the Branch Operations Director to establish business, operational, and customer service objectives.
• Support branch performance measurement and operational control activities.
• Drive branch profitability, productivity, and business growth.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adequate staffing and provide training on products, customer service, and communication techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local marketing initiatives and promote the Bank's products and services.
• Review branch income and expense accounts and monitor controllable expenses.
• Ensure branch books of accounts are balanced and maintained accurately.
• Promote efficient branch operations and effective resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in:

• Accounting
• Management
• Economics
• Or related fields

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years of Banking Operations experience.
• IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Training Certification is advantageous.
